When an autonomous system pays for something, the hard question is not how the money moves. It is who allowed the payment, within what limits, and how that permission is withdrawn.
Orbital Pay is being built around delegated authority. A person or organisation decides what an autonomous system — a software agent, a device or an RPA bot — may spend, and the spending stays under their control. The operator view is designed as a command centre for autonomous spend.
